Hourly Rates

STANDARD- $150 an hour with a $300 minimum
(Travel Fees may apply outside of the Nashville vicinity)

• Minimum hourly requirements:
2 hour minimum: Nashville, TN, Murfreesboro, TN, Clarksville, TN
3 hour minimum: Huntsville, AL , Bowling Green, KY, Owensboro, KY, Chattanooga, TN, Knoxville, TN, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, TN, Memphis, TN, Birmingham, AL, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY
• Also Offers: Bags to protect drawings nominal charge by prior request.
• Customized Paper ($100 fee)

DIGITAL CARICATURES

Hourly Packages

STANDARD - $225 an hour

• Digital Caricatures drawn on an electronic tablet
• Digital Downloads of Caricatures as JPEGs on a custom webpage
• Option to have caricatures saved to your Flash Drive
• Option to print caricatures on your printer

DELUXE - $250 an hour

• Digital Caricatures drawn on an electronic tablet
• Digital Downloads of Caricatures as JPEGs on a custom webpage
• 24" Screen for everyone to watch
• Option for Digital Download webpage linking to your website
• Your Color company logo on each drawing
• 4x6 Photo Prints w/Plastic Sleeves

PREMIUM - $275 an hour

• Digital Caricatures drawn on an electronic tablet
• Digital Downloads of Caricatures as JPEGs on a custom webpage
• 24" Screen for everyone to watch
• Option for Digital Download webpage linking to your website
• Your Color company logo on each drawing
• 4x6 Photo Prints w/PlasticSleeves
• Option to have pre-drawn custom backgrounds or themes designed specifically for your event
• Your choice of Plastic Sleeves, Badge Holders w/Lanyards for 4x6 prints

FULL DAY RATES

1st Day - $2000 / Each Additional Day - $1700 per day**

Essentially includes everything under the Premium Package:

• Digital Caricatures drawn on an electronic tablet up to 8 hours per day
• Digital Downloads of Caricatures as JPEGs on a custom webpage
• Option for Digital Download webpage to include your company logo and links back to your website
• Easy to carry glossy 4x6 color Prints
• Option to have prints include your company logo(s), name & date of event
• Option to have pre-drawn custom backgrounds or themes designed specifically for your event
• Badge Holders w/Lanyards or Clips

**Full Day Rates may be discounted if you provide printing, LCD/Plasma Displays and/or projectors.

**All Travel Expenses (meals, lodging & transportation within U.S.) included in this Full Day Rate.
